The Thompson Community Center Thrift Shop has served local residents for over 15 years. It provides clothing, children’s toys, shoes, bedding items, kitchenware, books and collectibles at reasonable costs. The Thrift Shop is run and managed by senior volunteers, local community members and people in retraining and employment programs. All proceeds from its sales are used for running the Center and developing new programs to benefit community members.
At this time we are gladly accepting all donations with the exception of mattresses, televisions and infant/toddler car seats manufactured after 2002.
The Thrift Shop is also currently seeking volunteers to help sort donations and other needed activities. Please contact the Office at 785-2202 if you have a few hours a week or month to volunteer!
